Art Workshop for Adults Tejano Symbols: Art, Symbols, Signs, and Icons 

Join local artist and muralist Mayra Zamora for two afternoons of exploring Chicano culture through the symbols, signs and icons and using acrylic paint, incorporating these elements into your own colorful works on canvas. Whether you are an accomplished artist or just beginning, Mayra will guide you through techniques and materials to create your own masterpiece.

Cost: Members $60/ nonmembers $75

Materials will be provided. For ages 14 and up. Reservations required. Register and pre-pay online. Participants will complete 1 - 2 works, depending on pace. Registration includes both days.
