Art Donation Form

Thank you for considering the Art Museum of South Texas as a beneficiary of work from your collection. All donations must undergo curatorial review. Works of art delivered to the museum without approval from the Curator will not be considered.

Begin first step in the donation process by completing the donor form below. Please be sure to provide images and detailed descriptions and provenance (history of ownership) as well. Upon receipt, the images and documentation will be researched and circulated to determine if the object(s) are appropriate for addition to the Museum’s permanent collection. All potential gifts recommended by the Curator are presented to the Museum’s Collections Committee and Board of Trustees for final approval. After review and discussion, you will be contacted by a representative from the curatorial department with our decision.
