Portraits: The Art of the Selfie

Instructor: Clarissa Ortiz

Taking inspiration from the Eye to I: Self-Portraits from the National Portrait Gallery exhibition currently on view, this class will focus on using smartphones and accessories such as selfie sticks and light rings to create captivating self-portraits. Artist Clarissa Ortiz will also show you how using natural and artificial light as well as indoor and outdoor settings can maximize the mood of your selfie portraits!
